The Canadian Heritage Arts Society owns and operates the Canadian College of Performing Arts, and together they present live theatre and musical performances each year. The season of productions is selected to serve the community, as audience to enjoy the performing arts as an entertaining and learning experience; and to serve the students of CCPA, the artists-in-training for whom a performance experience with a live audience is one of the most valuable training moments they can have.
Announced in August each year, the CCPA Performance Hall is the main venue for an autumn season of plays from October - December, followed by a musical in January/February.

The culmination of the season, and the year of training, is the production of a mainstage musical at Victoria's McPherson Playhouse for 2 weekends in April annually.
Assembling an orchestra for the production, and drawing on local artists to support its creation - this theatrical spectacle delights audiences time and time again. And with all of the CCPA Diploma students participating, is it a 40+ cast delivering a high quality event.
